Job summary

Bergstrom Genesis of Appleton is seeking a friendly Receptionist to warmly greet guests, direct them to the right department, and manage a professional front desk. You will handle phone calls, provide information, and support administrative tasks across departments.

This full-time, on-site role in Appleton, Wisconsin offers a Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm schedule with pay starting at $15.00–$18.00 per hour, plus a $2 per hour Saturday premium.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist/front desk agent or guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quick learning of new software and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally, take messages and provide information.
• Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, correspondence) to various departments.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and waiting area and offer guests refreshments.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams for seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Follow a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
