Qualifications

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to manage room status.

Responsibilities

• Assign rooms in accordance with hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Process reservation changes, cancellations, and extensions.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare shift reports.
• Maintain guest records in the PMS with confidentiality.
• Communicate guest requests to relevant departments and assist where needed.
