Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor guests’ needs and coordinate with servers to provide guest service.
• Perform side work: polish silverware, restock items, cut lemons, restock condiments.
• Bus person duties: clear tables when guests finish their meals.
• Assist with opening and closing functions as prescribed.
• Take and fill food and drink orders; maintain a clean and neat venue.
• Maintain proper sanitation practices.
