Job summary

Target is looking for a friendly Guest Advocate in Williamsburg to create an inviting shopping experience. You will greet guests, help them find products, and resolve issues while maintaining a clean and efficient store area.

You will promote loyalty programs, assist with returns and exchanges, and support digital services like Drive Up and Order Pick Up. A teamwork mindset and excellent communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and positive attitude.
• Assist guests with orders like Order Pick Up and Drive Up and explain app features.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with enrollment and sign-in as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, stock shelves, and support cash operations as required.
