Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring in the United States for a Winner’s Circle role. This position focuses on making strong first impressions for Guests and guiding them through the Midway experience.

You’ll communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to a fun, energetic atmosphere. Rostered around a fast-paced, friendly environment, you’ll greet Guests, assist with questions, and collaborate with Team Members and Managers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes prompt corrective action where necessary.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests with requests and answers questions, making recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests leaving and ensures everything was satisfactory, inviting guests to return.
