Job summary

AC Hotel Dayton is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, ensure a smooth arrival and departure, and process check-ins and payments accurately. You’ll respond to guest requests with professionalism and warmth, using hotel technology to create seamless experiences.

You’ll work with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments, providing friendly service on varied shifts. A positive attitude and reliability help guests feel welcome and cared for.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, banking, restaurants, call centers, or other customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms.
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments
• Utilize hotel technology systems, guest messaging platforms, and mobile service tools
• Assist with daily reports, room status updates, and operational tasks
