Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset; desire to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments.
• Utilize hotel technology systems, guest messaging platforms, and mobile service tools.
• Assist with daily reports, room status updates, and operational tasks.
