Job summary

Tiffany Springs Golden Corral is hiring a Guest Experience Attendant to ensure a pleasurable dining experience. You will help keep bar areas, floors, and restrooms clean and presentable during peak times, while remaining attentive, helpful, and pleasant in appearance and personality.

You will describe menu offerings, help guests with buffet locations, and coordinate with team members to maintain product availability and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking 3-4+ hours without a rest break.
• Regular, moderate-to-heavy lifting (5-50 lbs) required.
• Ability to describe menu offerings and assist guests at the buffet.
• Comply with health department laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Describe all menu offerings and buffet locations to guests.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with back of house staff.
• Assist guests at buffets and maintain friendly, courteous service.
• Clean and present bar areas, floors, and restrooms during peak periods.
