Job summary

Rapid City Golden Corral is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant to ensure a pleasurable dining experience for every guest. You will help keep bar areas and restrooms clean, maintain presentation, and assist guests with buffet options in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to standards, and collaboration with team members while following local health codes and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Safe Tracks and Golden Corral Co-worker Food Safety and Sanitation course.
• Position certification through Golden Corral’s Co-worker training program.
• Experience in food preparation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Describe all menu offerings and buffet locations to guests.
• Ensure products are available and coordinate with back-of-house staff for restocking.
• Assist guests at buffets and maintain friendly, courteous service.
• Keep bar areas, floors, and restrooms clean and presentable during peak periods.
