Job summary

Rapid City Golden Corral is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant to help create a pleasurable dining experience. You will keep the bar areas, floors and restrooms clean and well presented, especially during peak periods, and you should be friendly, helpful and pleasant in appearance.

You will describe all menu offerings, confirm product availability with back-of-house staff, assist guests at the buffet, and uphold local health department regulations.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Safe Tracks and food safety training.
• Proof of food handler certification may be required.
• Standing/walking 3–4+ hours with occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Describe all menu offerings and buffet locations to guests.
• Ensure products are available and check with back of house for restock.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, floors and restrooms.
• Follow health department regulations and company standards.
• Assist guests and provide a pleasant dining experience.
