Job summary

Thornton Golden Corral is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant to ensure a pleasurable dining experience for guests. You will maintain the cleanliness and presentation in bar areas, floors, and restrooms during peak periods, while remaining attentive, helpful, and pleasant in appearance.

Responsibilities include describing menu offerings, maintaining stocking levels, assisting guests, and upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Golden Corral's safety courses and position certification.
• Experience in food handling and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Describe all menu offerings and where they are located on the Buffet.
• Ensure products are available and inform back of house when needed.
• Assist guests at buffets and provide friendly service.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with guests.
• Clean and stock restrooms and bar areas; report maintenance.
• Sweep floors and maintain cleanliness around buffets.
• Follow health department laws and company standards.
