Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones and initiate warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Explain and promote Target apps, promotions and loyalty programs
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely; assist with Drive Up/Order Pick-Up processes
