Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in Greensboro, NC. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with shifts posted by store leaders to fit your availability.

In this role you will greet guests, help them find what they need, promote Target Loyalty, and explain Wallet and the Target App. Training is provided and you’ll work with a friendly team to deliver quick, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to help guests.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Able to follow Target policies and guest service standards.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests locate items, explain store services, and promote loyalty programs.
• Explain Wallet and Target App features to guests and assist with sign-in.
• Handle returns and assist with pickup and drive-up services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support fellow team members.
