Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member in Chicago to deliver friendly guest service and maintain the sales floor. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help ensure inventory accuracy and sign clarity across departments.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing deliveries, cashier support, and upholding safety, cleanliness, and brand standards while working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with truck unloads, backroom organization, and stock replenishment.
• Operate cash registers and support back-up cashier duties as needed.
