Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver the service standard.
• Assist guests with their needs and solve issues.
• Inform guests about current promos and store events.
• Know store tools, products, and services to assist guests.
• Assist with Target Loyalty program applications.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Operate Target App features such as Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns according to store policies and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock supplies.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards.
