Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Stratford, CT to elevate guest experiences across store operations. You will greet guests, follow safety and quality policies, operate the cash register, and maintain clean, stocked shelves while communicating needs with management.

Responsibilities include stocking, vendor check-ins, and supporting marketing projects as assigned. The role requires adaptability to varied hours and physical tasks within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping tasks and replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
