Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Orlando to welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and guide them through in-store and digital services. You will help with returns, loyalty enrollment, and using the Target App while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You should be comfortable with fast-paced environments, working varying shifts, and engaging with guests to resolve needs and promote products and services. Training is provided, with a strong focus on guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced store.
• Comfort with assisting guests using digital tools and services.

Responsibilities
