Job summary

Global Partners LP in Manchester, CT seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-tier guest experience while executing store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and stocked merchandise.

Flexibility to work day/evening shifts, basic computer use, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required. Interviews may be virtual or in person.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS and handle cash accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS, manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and merchandise replenishment.
• Communicate guest requests to management and assist vendors.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Inventory gas tanks and merchandising projects.
• Support onboarding of new hires.
