Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with questions, and help guests navigate in-store and digital services. Qualifications

• Excellent communication and active listening to assist guests.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude and willingness to help guests and teammates.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced store environments and shifts.
• Ability to explain store features, promos and loyalty programs to guests.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests warmly.
• Assist guests at checkout and with returns, while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.
• Help guests locate items and answer questions to resolve issues promptly.
• Promote and enroll guests in Target Loyalty and other services within the app.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintaining safety and food standards where applicable.
• Support team members and help across departments to maintain smooth operations.
