Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top tier guest experience and support store operations in Gardner, MA. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain safety standards, and ensure products are in stock while assisting management with vendor and inventory tasks.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas and complete required paperwork.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policy procedures.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
