Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Kentucky to deliver friendly, efficient customer service at the point of sale, fuel, and food/beverage service. You will engage customers, handle transactions, prepare items, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

You will operate in a fast-paced retail environment, restock and monitor products, adhere to safety regulations, and support the leadership team with various store tasks to uphold brand standards and drive customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restock products and monitor expiration codes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; report unsafe conditions.
• Follow all SOPs and uphold Royal Farms brand standards.
