Level99 Corbin's Corner in West Hartford, CT is opening late fall and seeks a dedicated hospitality team member to ensure outstanding guest service at the counter, dining room, and takeout windows. You will expedite orders, deliver food, and assist guests with pickup while maintaining solid ticket-time discipline.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand all guest orders across in-restaurant dining, takeout, and delivery.
• Expedite orders by distinguishing between pickup and dining room queues.
• Interact with guests at the pickup counter to satisfy needs and expectations.
• Deliver food to tables, clear dishes, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Replenish sauces, ramekins, and containers for service areas.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Receive, check, and pack takeout orders.
• Maintain organized takeout/delivery materials and dining supplies.
• Monitor quality, ticket times, and consistency across items.
• Build knowledge of all menu items and uphold standards of flavor and presentation.
