Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into Torchy’s.
• Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables and ensure accuracy and speed of service; offer refills.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest-facing areas; keep the dining area inviting.
• Collaborate with managers and the kitchen to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
