Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Answer the telephone promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Count bank at shift start/end and report cash over/shorts to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data per procedures.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and collect necessary documents and payment.
