Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative for Graduate by Hilton Eugene. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, answer calls, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and provides personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and checks them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly and route inquiries as needed.
• Handle cash bank at start/end of shift and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data according to procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklists and verify IDs and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
