Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in a retail environment. You will greet Guests, assist with finding and selecting merchandise, and process sales at the register while upholding Buckle’s customer service standards.

No prior experience is required; however, strong communication and a friendly demeanor will help you excel. This on-site role includes opportunities to learn product knowledge and support visual merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Great communication and customer service mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide Legendary Service.
• Answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately and follow POS procedures.
