Job summary

Miccosukee Casino & Resort is seeking a M Sphere Representative in Miami, FL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, inputting accurate player data, promoting property amenities, and encouraging repeat visits.

You will be part of a team that drives the Miccosukee One experience with a friendly, professional demeanor. The position requires you to assist guests, answer questions, and maintain knowledge of events, hours, and outlets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a guest service environment is required.
• Communication and computer skills are a must.
• Basic math skills required. Employee will frequently utilize addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, thorough information to all guests and input accurate data in the Player Tracking System.
• Promote property amenities and promotions and encourage repeat business with outstanding service.
• Answer general questions about the property and direct guests to different areas as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of the property, events, hours of operation and outlets to advise guests accordingly.
• Support marketing events and inform guests about promotions, timelines, and rewards.
