Miccosukee Casino & Resort is seeking a Human Resources Training Manager to lead both in-person and online training, champion employee engagement through recognition programs and team events, and keep team members informed through regular communications. The role supports a growing resort operation in Miami, FL, focusing on compliant guest service and a positive workplace culture.

You will develop training materials, deliver onboarding, and manage ADP-based courses in a fast-paced casino

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3 to 5 years in casino/hospitality experience.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs in-person and online.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Experience using ADP and LMS to build, assign, and track training.
• Strong written communication and onboarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and manage employee training programs.
• Lead onboarding and department-specific training.
• Deliver training on guest service, hospitality standards, and procedures.
• Ensure required gaming, safety, and regulatory training.
• Coordinate leadership and career-development programs.
• Create training materials, SOPs, job aids, and assessments.
• Maintain online training records and reports.
• Lead employee relations activities and internal communications.
