Job summary

Miccosukee Casino & Resort is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead both in-person and online training programs, champion employee engagement, and keep team members informed through regular communications.

The role involves developing training materials, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring regulatory training compliance within a fast-paced casino environment. A Bachelor’s degree and casino/hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of casino, gaming, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License.
2+ years of supervisory, management, or training experience.
Experience developing and delivering employee training programs, both in-person and online.
Experience using ADP and LMS tools to build, assign, and track courses.

Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and manage training programs, in-person and online.
Lead employee relations activities and internal communications.
Coordinate employee engagement programs and events.
Develop training materials, SOPs, and assessments.
Maintain training records and ensure regulatory training compliance.
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.
Coach and mentor employees and supervisors for professional development.
