GATE Express Wash is seeking a high-energy Associate to ensure a safe, friendly guest experience while efficiently processing vehicles through the wash. You will maintain cleanliness, operate POS systems, and support detailing tasks as trained.

Requirements include a 16+ age minimum, ability to pass drug/background checks, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Strong English communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
• Must communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach including overhead.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and safety gear.
• Provide prompt, friendly guest assistance and attentive service.
• Safely guide vehicles through the car wash following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Report safety hazards and assist in creating a safe work environment.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow safety protocols.
• Learn and operate car wash equipment and safety features.
• Provide vehicle detailing services as trained.
• Operate Express Wash kiosks, credit card machines, and POS.
