GATE Express Wash Associate is a front-line role focused on delivering a safe, friendly guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will assist guests, guide vehicles through the wash, and maintain cleanliness while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe, friendly guest experience and answer questions promptly.
Facilitate efficient vehicle processing through the car wash following established procedures.
Maintain facility cleanliness and organization, including restrooms, floors, and storage rooms.
Attend trainings, safety courses, and meetings to ensure compliance and safety.
Assist with detailing vehicles as trained and directed.
Operate kiosks, credit card machines, and POS systems.
Perform basic maintenance on car wash equipment as needed.
