GATE Express Wash in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a friendly Associate to ensure customer service remains the top priority in Express Wash operations. You will provide a safe, welcoming experience, answer guest questions, and help vehicles move efficiently through the wash, while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

This role requires flexibility, the ability to stand for long periods, and the effort to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old and able to pass pre-employment checks.
• Able to communicate effectively in English with staff and guests.
• Demonstrates reliability, organization, and attention to safety.
• Comfortable operating a computer and payment kiosks.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Operate Express Wash kiosks, POS systems, and card machines.
• Guide vehicles safely through the wash and ensure efficient flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and restrooms.
• Assist guests, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and attend required trainings.
