Job summary

Topgolf is seeking friendly guest services team members to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will help set up bays, navigate Topgolf technology, and ensure clean, welcoming bays while responding to guest inquiries with professionalism.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of full-service restaurant experience, be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and meet alcohol service age requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months full service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.

• Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.
