Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Bay Host to welcome guests in the bays, delivering best-in-class food and beverage service with energy and hospitality from the first greeting to the final goodbye.

This role requires menu knowledge, responsible alcohol service, and a friendly demeanor that makes every guest feel valued. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support peak periods and events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service or hospitality experience preferred, not required
• Ability to obtain required alcohol service licenses and certifications for your location
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Host guests in the bay areas, delivering food and beverage service with energy
• Maintain bay cleanliness and readiness for guests throughout their visit
• Observe responsible alcohol service and ensure guest safety
• Coordinate with kitchen and support teams for timely food and drink delivery
• Demonstrate Topgolf's core values in every interaction
