Job summary

Topgolf in El Paso, TX is seeking a guest services team member. This role requires being over 18 and having prior serving experience, with evenings, weekends and holidays available.

You will greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, keep bays clean, assist with bay setup and explain Topgolf technology, while upholding our Core Values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.
• Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.
