Topgolf in the United States seeks friendly guest services team members to welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, explain venues, gameplay, and promotions, and help guests with clubs and equipment in a fast-paced, sport-focused environment.

You will ensure a clean, organized venue, assist with retail items, respond to inquiries, demonstrate games, and uphold safety guidelines while delivering outstanding customer service.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.
• Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.
• Help with golf clubs and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue.
• Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines.
