Job summary

Maman, the French bakery and café, is hiring a Counter Server in Boca Raton. You will be the first point of contact, maintain a welcoming counter and pastry display, operate the POS, and ensure accurate orders while delivering warm hospitality.

The ideal candidate has customer service or hospitality experience, strong communication, multitasking ability, and a team-friendly attitude. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the counter, maintain pastry display, and provide warm hospitality.
• Operate POS, process orders and payments accurately with friendly service.
• Assist in daily counter operations and support baristas during peak times.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and comply with health guidelines.
