Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate for Store 612 on the 3rd shift in Columbus, OH. This part-time role (25 hours or less per week) may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift work. Pay ranges from $12.50 to $14.50 per hour, and applicants must be at least 16 years old.

The position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service through the Hi Five Guest Experience, handling guest transactions, preparing DipSide items, and maintaining clean, safe store conditions across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see store equipment, identify products, and read price books.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash accurately.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS systems safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Prepare DipSide items and serve shakes/malts, sundaes, and related products.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions and make change.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and presentable, rotate stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; assist with duties as assigned.
