United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Columbus, OH for a part-time position (25 hours or less per week). The role emphasizes the Hi Five Guest Experience, from greeting guests to ensuring clean, organized stores and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities include preparing DipSide items, operating the POS and gas console, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store security and cleanliness. Must be 16+ years old and able to speak and understand English well.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Minimum age 16 to work at United Dairy Farmers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello and ensure the store is prepared for Guests at all times.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes/malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS system and gas console; properly process transactions and make change as needed.
• Stock shelves, display units, and freezers; ensure dip cabinet and coffee pots are filled and rotated.
• Maintain security awareness to prevent theft and manage cash drops per procedures.
• Keep the store and parking lot clean and organized; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Accurately complete time records and the Customer First Document; perform other duties as assigned.
