Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate for Store 141 in Cincinnati, OH. The role shifts include 1st, 2nd or 3rd, with pay ranging from $12.50 to $14.50 per hour. The position emphasizes outstanding guest service and adherence to store policies.

Primary duties include greeting guests, preparing dipside items, operating the POS and gas console, stocking goods, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Must be 16+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Experience in cash handling and basic arithmetic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and clean.
• Monitor store safety and follow procedures for cash drops.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned.
