Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs
• Help guests find products or resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a thank you and ensure accuracy
• Support team efforts and assist peers as needed
• Promote and explain Target benefits, loyalty programs, and digital features
• Assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering and signups
• Handle returns or exchanges following Target policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work area and stock supplies as needed
• Remain flexible with schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance throughout shifts
