Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top notch guest experiences while supporting store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and help maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Basic computer use is also required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
• Able to operate a cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Comfortable using basic computer functions and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal.
• Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
