Job summary

Global Partners LP in New York state is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences while ensuring store-level tasks are completed efficiently. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash controls, and follow safety, security, and quality policies.

This role requires flexible availability, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and reliable transportation. We offer health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k match, and tuition reimbursement after six months.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
