Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and manage store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain inventory, and support daily store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires flexibility across day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts; basic computer skills and reliable transportation are needed, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Safety and customer service come first.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Occasional travel and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco as applicable.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, etc.).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and vendors.
• Check in external and internal vendors as needed.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
