Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support daily store tasks in Spring, Texas. You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, and help maintain clean, stocked aisles while following safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Basic computer functions and cash handling familiarity.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Comfort with working in varying temperatures (outdoors, coolers, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Accurate counting, reading and writing for paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and maintain cash and lottery levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks and keep shelves stocked.
• Communicate guest requests to management and vendors.
• Check in vendors per guidelines and support merchandising projects.
• Complete tasks as assigned by management.
