Job summary

America’s Best Pizzas is seeking a friendly CSR to join our team. You will take orders at the front counter and over the phone, enter orders into the POS system, process payments, and prepare and distribute customer orders with a positive attitude.

You will work with the restaurant team to keep daily operations running smoothly, maintain a clean and inviting environment, and participate in on-the-job training to grow your skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Process customer payments and handle transactions.
• Answer questions and address concerns to the best of your ability.
• Respond to complaints calmly and professionally.
• Promote products and the company enthusiastically.
• Provide customers with a pleasant and inviting experience.
• Receive hands-on training and coaching to develop skills.
• Assist management with daily store operations and other tasks.
• Prepare orders and assist with kitchen prep when needed.
• Bag, box, wrap, and distribute completed orders.
• Hand completed orders to customers and third-party delivery reps.
• Maintain showroom, work areas, and kitchen.
• Follow all company rules and safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
