Job summary

America’s Best Pizzas is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome guests and handle orders at the front counter and by phone. You will enter orders in the POS, process payments, and ensure accurate, timely service with a positive attitude.

You’ll collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, inviting environment and support daily operations. Training will be provided to help you grow in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Process customer payments and handle transactions.
• Answer questions and address concerns to the best of your ability.
• Respond to complaints calmly and professionally.
• Promote products and company with enthusiasm.
• Provide customers with a pleasant and inviting experience.
• Receive training and coaching to develop skills.
• Assist management with daily store operations and other tasks.
• Prepare customer orders and assist with kitchen prep when needed.
• Bag, box, wrap, and distribute completed orders accurately.
• Hand completed orders to customers and third-party delivery reps.
• Keep showroom, work areas, and kitchen clean and stocked.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
