Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Process customer payments and handle transactions.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns to the best of your ability.
• Respond to customer complaints calmly, respectfully, and professionally.
• Promote products and the company in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
• Provide customers with a pleasant and inviting experience.
• Receive hands-on training and in-the-moment coaching to develop skills.
• Assist management with daily store operations and other tasks.
• Prepare customer orders and assist with kitchen prep when needed.
• Bag, box, wrap, and distribute completed orders accurately.
• Hand completed orders to customers and delivery reps.
• Clean, maintain, and stock showroom, work areas, and kitchen.
• Follow all company rules, policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
