Job summary

Global Partners LP in Raynham, MA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience while supporting store operations.

Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience, operate the POS per corporate standards, maintain cash, lottery and tobacco levels, and complete housekeeping tasks. Replenish products, check in vendors, and communicate guest needs to management. Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, or holidays with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
