Job summary

Global Partners LP in Hopkinton, MA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while completing store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain clean and stocked aisles, and support safety and policy adherence throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs as needed.
• Ability to read and write for paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
